Millicent Labs is a software development company focused on creating accessible and efficient financial market infrastructures. The team — comprised of veterans from major firms like JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and Tendermint — has garnered significant industry recognition. Millicent Labs has secured funding from the UK government's research and innovation department, collaborated with leading central banks, and won the BIS/G20 Techsprint 2023, as judged by the World Bank, IMF, and FATF. Their innovative approach leveraging public blockchain technology in traditional financial environments has also earned them support from the UK's FCA Innovation Pathways program and acceleration/incubation by Techstars and the Bank of America Breakthrough Lab.

Arbitrum Foundation

The Arbitrum Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and growing the Arbitrum ecosystem, a scaling solution for Ethereum. It manages grant programs, fosters partnerships, and oversees the development and governance of the Arbitrum ecosystem, including the expansion of Arbitrum Orbit chains, to promote its adoption and advancement in the blockchain space.

Offchain Labs

Offchain Labs is a blockchain technology company founded in 2018, best known for developing the Arbitrum platform. They are core developers of the Arbitrum Nitro stack, the core infrastructure powering Millicent One. Nitro is the best-in-class Ethereum scaling stack, designed for high throughput and low transaction costs, all while upholding Arbitrum's leading security standards. With 250ms block times, Stylus to compile advanced WASM contracts to EVM compatibility and unmatched customization options, Nitro goes vroom and fixes everything.

Nuffle Labs

Nuffle Labs is a blockchain technology company spun out from the NEAR Foundation in 2024, focusing on advancing modular blockchain infrastructure. Nuffle are developing a comprehensive modular product suite, including the NEAR Data Availability Layer, the Nuffle Fast Finality Layer (NFFL) EigenLayer AVS, and a cross-rollup interoperability solution.
